Terms of Use

Welcome to the Albruv chatbot experience ("Chatbot"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Chatbot and any related booking or contact flow made available through it. By using the Chatbot, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Chatbot.
1. What this service is
The Chatbot is provided to help visitors share information about their needs, explore whether Albruv may be able to help, and, where available, request follow-up contact or schedule a meeting.
The Chatbot is an informational and business inquiry tool only. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use the Chatbot only for legitimate business or informational purposes.
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, or impersonated information;
- use the Chatbot for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
- attempt to disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Chatbot or related systems;
- submit malicious code, prompt injection attempts, spam, or automated abuse;
- misuse booking or contact features, including making duplicate or bad-faith requests.
We may restrict or block access if we reasonably believe misuse, abuse, or policy violations are occurring.
3. Information you provide
You may be asked to provide information such as your name, role, company, business needs, and other details relevant to your inquiry.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information unless specifically requested and clearly necessary.
4. Chat transcripts and logging
By using the Chatbot, you understand that your interactions may be logged, stored, and reviewed by Albruv for the purposes described in the Privacy Notice, including:
- handling your inquiry;
- improving the Chatbot and related services;
- protecting against misuse, spam, fraud, or security incidents;
- maintaining service records.
This includes chatbot transcripts, timestamps, technical metadata, and related interaction records.
5. AI processing
The Chatbot may use third-party AI service providers to process your messages and generate responses.
Responses generated by AI may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. You should not rely on chatbot responses as a substitute for professional advice or as a guaranteed statement of fact.
Albruv may review or act on chatbot conversations, but is not obligated to respond to every inquiry.
6. Contact and booking
If the Chatbot offers a contact or meeting option, submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or a meeting outcome.
Meeting availability may be managed through a third-party scheduling provider. Bookings may be limited, changed, declined, or cancelled.
Álvaro Velasco may use the information you provide to contact you about your inquiry.
7. Data minimization
We aim to collect only the information reasonably necessary to assess and handle your request.
As part of that approach, we do not request your email address unless and until you choose to be contacted or a follow-up method requires it.
8. Third-party providers
To operate the Chatbot and related workflows, Albruv may use third-party service providers, including providers for hosting, storage, AI processing, scheduling, bot protection, and email delivery.
These providers may process your information on our behalf as described in the Privacy Notice.
9. Availability and changes
The Chatbot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Chatbot, or update these Terms, at any time. The latest version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albruv disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Chatbot.
Our total liability arising out of or related to the Chatbot will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to use it; or
- EUR 50.
This section applies except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Termination or restriction
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Chatbot at any time, with or without notice, where necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, or prevent abuse.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Chatbot is also subject to our Privacy Notice, which explains what we collect, why we collect it, the legal basis for processing, retention, subprocessors, and your rights.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory local consumer or data protection law requires otherwise.
